Vivago DOMI – living at home longer and safer

The Vivago DOMI works like a traditional safety product, but the solution also contains many unique features that bring a great deal of added value. The solution can automatically alert for help in situations in which the person living at home is not able to call for help themselves, for example if he or she loses consciousness.

All the alarms, whether automatic or sent by the person living at home by him or herself, can be directed to an alarm receiving station or to a relative, for example. In alarm situations the caregiver or relative can establish a talking connection with the DOMI smart care phone.

The Vivago DOMI smart care phone collects data on the wellbeing and functional ability of the person living at home. The data is recorded as reports that the caregivers can make use of in their everyday care work. The reports are also helpful in giving relatives extra information on the wellbeing of a person living at home.

The Vivago DOMI solution consists of a Vivago CARE watch, Vivago Domi PΟΙΝΤ base station, and the Vivago MOBILE software application. The solution works on the GSM network, so it meets the demands of up-to-date technology. The long-lasting battery also ensures safety in case of power cuts.

An easy-to-use solution 

Setting up and using the Vivago DOMI smart care phone is designed to be easy and trouble-free. First switch on the Vivago Domi POINT base station, and connect it to the main power supply. Communication between the Vivago CARE watch and the Domi POINT base station happens wirelessly, transmitting the data to the software.
