The Vivago DOMI smart care phone functions like a traditional safety device but comes with an added feature of automatically calling for help when necessary and collecting real-time information on the wellbeing of the customer living at home.
Both the Vivago CARE watch and the Domi POINT base station included in the solution have an alarm button. The unique Vivago DOMI smart care phone even looks after the customer living at home when they are unable to call for help in the event of, for instance, unconsciousness. The alarms can be directed to an alarm control centre or a relative. In the event of an alarm, the alarm control centre or the family member can open a direct voice connection to the Vivago DOMI smart care phone of the customer living at home.
The Vivago DOMI smart care phone learns to know the usual circadian rhythm of its user and collects up-to-date information on their wellbeing and functional capacity. The wellbeing information can be shared with relatives on their smartphones or tablets. The data is also compiled into reports that can be utilised in care work and, for instance, brought to doctor's appointments.
